Questions about plans
Do my files go through your servers?
No. Files travel directly from the sender’s computer to the receiver’s. Our servers only handle sign-in, permissions and transfer information such as file names, sizes and status. That is also why plan limits are about users, folders and volume – not storage.
What counts towards the monthly transfer volume?
The total size of the files you send in a month. Business has no volume limit.
Who needs a paid plan – the sender or the folder owner?
The number of users and shared folders depends on the plan of the person who shares. File size and monthly volume depend on the plan of the person who sends. People who only receive or send small files can stay on Free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes – upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account’s Subscription page.
What happens if a transfer is interrupted?
It resumes automatically from the last verified chunk when the connection is back – on every plan.
